Any advice on setting boundaries on work life balance as a more junior consultant? I find that the expectation, exaggerated now with COVID, is that junior people have no need for time for personal reasons every day, while the more senior ones (who often have kids) are afforded to take it. I totally understand how difficult it is to have kids and be in this career, but would love any thoughts on how to get some time to myself as a junior person!

If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB?  Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?

edit: i put in about 23% of my paycheck - 7% in 401k and 16% in a Roth 401k.
