Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

I feel like that’s leading to a verbal offer over the phone. If it was a rejection they would’ve just emailed
Stop worrying. Could be good, could be bad. Point is - it’s beyond your control. Relax, keep applying, and be confident. I recently left IBM and understand your situation. Surround yourself with “I’m the shit” energy
Agree with IBM2. Nobody cares enough to call you about a rejection, unless you’re a Partner referral
The interviewer did say she was going to invite more people to do a final even though I was told this was my final. I’m just a lil nervous cause the recruiter told me I did good in all my other interviews (via email) so it’s weird to see talk about it in this one. I really want an offer... I’m ready to leave and get better pay!
Well let us know how you get on
Google rejection was over the phone.. it’s usually a good sign, but don’t go in the call expecting the offer
Oliver Wyman rejection was over the phone. I appreciated it. BCG was a form email
Always get back to your recruiter after an interview. They will advocate for you with the hiring manager, so they need to know the status and an update. Also, they are often the means through which the interviewer learns how you feel regarding the position
Where is this at?
Accenture @IBM1
Thanks everyone!!! I’ll let you guys know!
Suggestion...prepare your points for both...
Know your key questions if it is an offer.
Also, know how to ask for feedback and advice if they decide you are not a fit.
Getting the wrong job is worse ...
And realize if it is a no go, may have less to do with you than internal politics and pressures
Yeah most recruiters wouldn't follow up with you if you're out of consideration so I'd take that as a good sign. But as everyone said nothing is guaranteed. What group is the role?
It’s for SAP @Accenture1
Got an update.... the region I applied for is on a “soft hiring freeze” so my info was sent to another recruiter in another region
