My company just held a round of massive layoffs. A lot of people quit shortly after. They’re now restructuring and the way I see it they have until the end of the year to make or break. I didn’t get cut but I started sending out resumes because I don’t want to wait around for the axe to fall. What’s the best way to answer in an interview when they ask why I want to leave my current position? Is full honesty the best policy, or will that make me look disloyal? I received an offer for a big gaming company! I was interviewing for an admin position where the pay was flexible. Well the recruiter said they wanted to create a position for me doing the same thing but more data entry. However, the pay was a little bit lower & there’s was NO FLEXIBILITY!! Taking this would mean I would take a 5k Paycut. I know it’s not a lot, But the drive is further. Benefits are great w/bonuses. I’m not sure if I should accept? I know I can get a higher pay elsewhere.

How do you present a case study take home assignment? Interviewing for a data analyst position and I’m not sure if I should use a PowerPoint, tableau dashboard, both, something else?
