When is the appraisal cycle in Accenture. If I join in June 2021, when will be my first appraisal?

I heard that hike letters will be rolled out in December. In this case, will I be eligible for appraisal?

I’m advanced age and respond well to ivf medications but don’t have good quality eggs . Thinking of going in with a lower dosage stims and increasing upward and maybe longer stim cycle. Has anyone tried this strategy ?

Joined as staff 2 in Forensics in March. Was on a small project for 2 weeks before COVID happened. Was on the bench for few weeks (asked around but market was slow) because the next project got pushed back due to remote work. Last feedback cycle ended with only 1 feedback for that small project. Now full-time on this new project and helping out with COVID-related work, but still very worried about my promotion to senior in October.

I leased a 2019 Forte from Kia and I was just going to return it as moving back to my home country. However the buyout cost is 12.8k and quick search on online shows them selling for up to 20k and mine has less miles (only 13k). Caravana offered 17.8k thru their quick appraisal.
Is there anything I am missing here? is there no risk to buying and selling immediately? Will there be taxes? Extra costs from Kia possibly that i’m not considering that wouldn’t make this worthwhile. TIA
