Why do people put “Ex-McKinsey” “Ex-Google” etc. in their LinkedIn title line? It makes me cringe.

My husband's sister is facing criminal court for abusing her daughter. She deserves to serve serious jail time for what she has done and shows zero remorse. Is it wrong if I testify against her in court? I realize this is super difficult for my husband as this is his only sister and they were very close growing up. But I also know that he wants what's best for our niece. I want to be sensitive to his feelings but also believe that my niece deserves justice and that her abuser should be punished.

I received a mail an hour ago saying you have cleared the Accenture technical round.l checked their website and it was showing same.
But suddenly after an hour, now the website says ..." owing business reasons we forsee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you".
What does this mean for me?? Has anyone else got a message like this from Accenture?

I am barely holding it together. Was charged for DUI (in a parked car) months ago and the trial is soon. In addition to the expense, this is affecting everything in my life. Worst I have ever felt.

So Ive been doing cry it out for 2 weeks. The first couple days were awful, and then by the third day she basically slept through the night. The last few days though, shes been waking up in the middle of the night or early morning and crying for 1.5 hours plus. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a cry it out regression period? If a recruiter places someone at the firm, are they ethically/contractually precluded from working with that person to eventually leave the firm? Let's say it's been over a year.

If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB?
