I now have Carrot benefits. Maybe elective egg freezing the start of next year? After some research, it looks like the Carrot funds are available only after I meet my yearly health plan deductible. I’m currently on HDHP (with an HSA) that has a high deductible and max oop is in the mid-$3K. Since I’m relatively healthy, I’m not sure if this is the right plan for me or if an EPO or PPO makes more sense. Appreciate any insight - esp from folks who’ve gone through a similar situation. Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.

Getting recruiter calls for 35% higher salaries. Just had a positive performance review w/recognition by sector leaders, a board member, and PMs. I scheduled a meeting to revisit compensation with the senior principal and they they agree I deserve more, but I get the feeling they are not aware of market rates. I'm hoping for a 40% raise bc I accepted a low offer a year ago, am now licensed, and I regularly work 50+ hrs weekly. Do I share the figure I want now or negotiate later based on offer?

Do BCG and Bain bring in experienced hires (generalist) according to total YOE? Or one would start at the associate level regardless?e.g. I can see Mck bring people in with 1-3 YOE as BA, those with >5 YOE as Associate. However I don't see such specified in job postings from Bain and BCG. Thanks!!☺️
